All S-Anon members and newcomers are invited to the mountains for reflection, self-care and a spiritual spring cleaning! There will be opportunities for structured program time, activity time and free time for self-care, individual program work or meeting with sponsors/sponsees. Participants are encouraged (but certainly not required!) to bring crafts, cards, board games, musical instruments and snacks to share during the weekend.
**Saturday, day-use retreat registration is still available through March 8th. Day-use participants can join us for a full day of programming starting at 8:30am with Step and topic meetings, special events like a speaker or panel discussion and activities as well as lunch and dinner for $95. A non-refundable desposit of $45 is due at registration to reserve your spot. The remaining $50 balance is due in full by March 8, 2024. Registration is not confirmed until your payment is received and the retreat planning team confirms your space with a confirmation email.
How to Pay: Payment is by PayPal, Venmo or check. You will receive information about payment as the final step of the registration process here on TicketLeap. A follow-up email from TicketLeap will also allow you to access payment information by clicking on the "View Order" link.
Scholarships: If finances are an obstacle to your participation (which may happen to any of us from time to time.), scholarships for the cost of Saturday day-use retreat registration fees and supplies offer the opportunity for members of the fellowship to help one another. *Please note: the full-weekend retreat options with accommodations and meals is now full. However, we will maintain a waitlist for interested members in the event that one of our current registrants has to drop before the event. The following information is provided for your information if you wish to be added to the waitlist. No deposit is required for joining the waitlist but full payment of $255 is due immediately upon moving from the waitlist to the full-weekend participants list should an opening become available. Price includes two nights accommodations, dinner Friday, all meals Saturday, breakfast on Sunday.*
Accommodations:
Full-weekend retreat participants will share motel-style rooms with a roommate. All towels and linens are provided.
Program/Times:
Check-in is available starting at 4pm on Friday, with full-weekend retreat participants able to join at any point that evening. Program planning is still in progress.
Saturday: Step and topic meetings, special events like a speaker or panel discussion and activities/free time to break up the day.
Sunday: Breakfast, meetings, free time and activities. Participants will depart as their schedules require. Room check-out is 11:00am.
